ladyofthethreadMerry Christmas! ^_^ I haven’t got new holiday pictures so here’s a cute one from last year. The arrangement was an idea of mine but my brother actually took the photo.
I took my parents and grandmother out for dim sum as their Christmas present today. (My siblings were invited, too, but they didn’t want to go.) Eep, it was crazy. We went to try this restaurant that had opened a few weeks ago and got there at 10 AM but still had to wait about 45 minutes for a table! x_x; And my mother thought the chef wasn’t very good. I suppose it’s better we found this out now than next weekend since she had been planning to invite our relatives there for dinner for her birthday.
I’ve got a bit to finish up for a present for my best friend that I should be seeing later this week. It’s been months since I’ve seen her since she’s been busy with classes, teaching, and work! She invited me over to try her cooking but I’m not sure what day yet. I usually end up giving her present a bit late since most years, we don’t meet until after Christmas. I have a package of truffles, a vase, and a little handmade gift I’m working on at the moment. And then, I should be done with gifts! ^_^
