I tend to forget to turn my cell phone on since I don’t use it much ^_^; so the best thing would be to pick a place and time if you would like to meet up. :-) Are you going all 3 days and only cosplaying Friday? What/where is the Otaku Café you mentioned? This is going to be my first Otakon so I’m not familiar with all the things they have there. ^_^;
