Hmm... I think some of the commercial pattern companies like McCalls include doll clothes patterns in their crafts sections. I've never actually made any doll clothes though. ^_^; I imagine it would be tough though because of the small scale and require a lot of hand work because using a sewing machine would be difficult for tiny seams.
