Yeah, I can imagine it being difficult to actually make coordinated costumes that far apart! I've only been in charge of one group before and that was somewhat difficult even though everyone was just doing the costumes on their own and meeting at the con for photos.
Okay, I'll keep you in mind in case. :-) It is pretty far in advance but I wanted to give lots of notice since it's going to be a big project. There might be some planning over the next few months but I don't think we'll actually get to buying fabics and working on stuff until late spring or summer.
