Thanks! ^_^ Sarah is from Kaleido Star, which is set in a Cirque du Soleil-like circus. She's a singer and the purple dress is her costume from their Cinderella show.
I think Ghost Hunt gets better after the first three episodes since the characters start working together regularly and get to be friends rather than just being a random group that all got called in for the same job.
