For anyone who has trouble with getting there, I will be in Penn Station from 12:00pm-1:00pm waiting for people to escort to the picnic. I recommend you stock up on your metrocards, phone numbers, (mine's 347 276 2357) and whatever else you plan to bring before then (soda, water, chilled fruit drinks are always welcome).
